Opinions on boy and girl names I've heard

I already have boy and girl names picked out but I know a girl who named her daughter Vail as in Vail, CO and her son Winters. I LOVE those names. Opinions?

    Not a fan of city's as names. 

    As for Winter - hell people name their kids Autumn and Summer, why not Winter and Spring too!

    Winters is definately not a name. And it definately doesn't make me think "little boy." Vail is weird but not near as bad as Winters, YUCK!

    Is it Winters or Winter. Friends of ours named their son Rivers and I find it just odd with s on the end. Names shouldn't be pural.
