  This is what I've done for my other 2 lupron cycles.  I'm up to 20 units pre-stims this cycle. Hmmm, wonder why?

  i was on 20 units pre stim, but that was before they knew about the POF.

  I'll be on 10 units -- 5 in am and 5 in pm, until I start stims.  Once I start stims it will drop down to 5

  I would ask nurse.

  When I was at cornell I was on 20 and then dropped to 10.

  At SIRM I was on 10 then dropped to 5.

  It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

  Oh wow.  I am supposed to start Lupron tonight actually, and it will be 20, with a drop down to 10 during stims.  I wonder why its higher than most of the responses here?  

  TTC Child #1 Sept '08, Dx: Unexplained, DOR 2 IUI's = BFN, m/c, IVF 1 = 0 embies to put back, IVF 2 = BFN, IVF 3 = cancelled, IVF 4 = BFP with 1 embie. Our son came into our life on 9/28/11. We are in love!
