How much does your 7 month eat at one sitting?

At each meal DD and DS split 1 container of veggie/protein/cheese and 1 container of fruit/yogurt - so basically they end up eating 1 container each (Gerber 2nd foods).  Sometimes it seems like they could eat more...

How much does your LO eat

BTW they eat solids 3x a day.

    DS only eats solids 0-1 time a day just because I'm lazy.  I'm waiting for him to be able to pick his food up himself and eat it because I hate spoon feeding him, lol.

    Here is what Henry eats throught a typical day:

    8a - 4T rice cereal + 1/2 contaier (2nd stage) fruit

    9a - 4.5oz bottle

    12:30p 6oz bottle

    4p 6oz bottle

    6p - 4T oatmeal cereal + 1 container (2nd stage) veggie (note: I just increased this from a 1/2 container about a week ago)

    8p - breast feed before bed

    2a - mid-night snack at the breast

    sometimes for breakfast or dinner, if he still seems hungry, I'll offer yogurt. We've also added rice rusks and wagon wheels to get him started on finger foods/self feeding

    Hannah usually ate 3 jars a day.  Now I'm lucky if she'll eat a jar of baby food. She wants what we're eating.

    DD eats 3 meals a day. for breakfast she and dinner she gets cereal w/ one container of stage 1 fruits or veggies. for lunch it's just one container of stage 1 fruits or veggies. however we did try stage 2 for lunch this weekend and she ate it all up, so going forward we'll be buying stage 2. not sure if she'll eat all of stage 2 w/ cereal, but we can always mix it up if we have to.

    He eats 10-12 oz. of solid food per day, usually 3-4 oz. per sitting.

    We do solids 2-3 times a day. He eats at least 1/2 of a stage 2 fruit or vegetable. Usually at lunch and/or dinner he will eat one whole stage 2 fruit/vegetable (usually I give him 1/2 fruit, 1/2 vegetable).

    DS gets 2 solid meals/day. He eats either a whole jar of organic veggies, fruits or mixed. I think each jar is 3.5 or 4 oz.

    I think that as long as they are gaining weight, the amount of food is fine. I thought that for the first year solid foods were only supplemental anyway...?

    I'm being lazy about solids and DS doesn't eat every day (ha! that sounds bad. I'm breastfeeding)

    His doctor is very happy with the way he's growing.
