My son is 9 weeks and at his 2 month check up (he was exactly 8 weeks) he was 14 lbs 8 oz. His birth weight was 7 lbs 9 oz. I feel like hes grown way to much lol.
At his 2 month visit, he was 12 lbs 3 oz and 24 inches long. He was 7 lbs 8 oz at birth. But since that visit I'm sure he's packed on some pounds. The rolls are starting to emerge!
My son was also 7lb 9oz at birth and at his 2month check up he was exactly 12lbs (22in long) I was a little nervous because I thought that sounded really big for 2 months but I am the only one who has a boy among all my friends and I think they are naturally bigger than girls.
My son was 6lb10oz at birth and was 12lb10oz at his 2 month appt. Boys are just generally bigger than girls. If you look at the growth charts, girls will be at a higher % than boys at the exact same weight. My daughter was born at 34w1d and was 5lb 1/2oz at birth, and wasn't the weight of my son until her 4 month appt. He is so much bigger than she was. She is now almost 2 1/2 and is only 25lb, and I think he may hit that by the time he is only a year!
