anyone do a mommy and me yoga class?
I want to reg for one but I wasnt a fan of yoga pre-pregnancy...it actually made me more tense..LOL
but I thought it might be fun with LO...
anyone take one? is it fun?

at your LO's age- it would probably be enjoyable. I used to do a DVD with gisele of yoga. She got to a certain age when she was more mobile and totally not interested in staying put- so if you are going to do it- do it soon.
that stinks you didn't have a good experience with prenatal yoga. My classes rocked and i am doing them again now.
