Thanks All -evidently thay are NOT suspended, as of now

I am at work so it is hard to reply to all your posts.

I am going to discuss the possibility of starting a dossier for China's special needs program that my agency offers. (It is the only program we can do-Ukraine would have us go out of Birth order and Kazakstan has it's initial trip requirement of 3 to 4 weeks)

    I know you are going through a whirlwind of emotions right now, but I'd suggest maybe taking some time to evaluate if you are really okay with a special needs adoption, if you weren't already planning on one.  You should not feel like that's the only option for you.  For one, if the scuttlebutt's true, then it's possible that this will all blow over.  And if not, you could always look into taking your homestudy to another agency.

    We are actually already on board for a SN adoption from Russia.

    Oh no worries. We have told our agency what SN we are open to in Russia and if need be would switch to the China program and give them the same list.
