I have decided to fire the pediatrician. I can't stand this practice!!!

I had to reschedule L's appointment because I had an interview come up. They can't fit me in until mid may for a six month well visit? seriously....WTF?

This has happened before. Additionally, the weird questions that I feel are a blatant insult to my privacy and intelligence that I get asked TWICE each visit and the fact that I get to talk to a doctor for maaaaaaaayyyyyyyybe 5 minutes each visit. The billing department is a bunch of nincompoops because I had to tell them twice to re-bill the insurance company for a denied claim due to a "glitch." Instead they kept billing us an outrageous bill. The receptionists are standoffish at best. Very unfriendly and snobby, and unless I ask for the next appointment to be scheduled they won't even talk to me. Forget a friendly smile, or hello when I come to sign in for appointments.

Do not take your child to GPAM. You have been warned!!!

That's crazy they can't get you in for a well appt until mid-may. I love our pedi but it's in midtown so probably wouldn't help you.

Sorry you had such a bad experience! If you are looking for a new one, we go to Pediatric Associates of Lawrenceville and I LOVE them!

That sucks!! But you go girl! Fire on! They work for you and Lily!! If they don't earn your business you should not give it to them. I hope you find a good pedi soon!

Ps. Love the use of the word nincompoops. Haven't heard that in awhile. It should be used more often!
