Lately it seems like DS has decided that grunting is easier then babbling. Like he doesn't hardly ooo or aaa anymore. It's grunting like a caveman at objects. He does however still say things to me kinda. But grunting seems to be the way he talks lol

Anyone else experiencing this?

TTC #3 since June 2011.

DS will do this occassionally. Our pedi said its really common, especially with boys.

Yes! It has been two weeks now. She has stopped babbling and now is grunting.

Same here! It started on sunday.. Grandma called and wanted to listen to her babbles but instead she got tons of mean grunts. LOL

My DS grunts a lot, too. But so does DH! Guess he never grew out of it
