Zantac dosing...

What is your Zantac dosing? How much and how often? Have you noticed it wearing off before the next dose? How do you know if it's wearing off? Ours is 1.5 mLs twice a day or 1.0 mLs three times a day. I've tried both options but they seem to not last the whole day with either option. I think I've managed to time two doses such that they wear off during the night since DD sleeps 8-9 hours each night and by then most of the formula is out of her stomach anyway...

    My 4 week old takes 1 ml 3 times a day.  She was 9lbs 15 oz last Friday when we were given the green light to up the dose.  I feel like it is working, I don't notice it wearing off.  My lo only sleeps 2 hour stretches at night.  Not sure if my response is very helpful!

    Ours is 5 ml twice a day.

    DD was 10 pounds 13 ounces on Friday morning when we got the Zantac for a total of 3 mLs per day. I wonder if she needs a higher dose. Because her spit-up almost disappears (compared to the massive volume before Zantac) shortly after the medicine, I'm pretty sure it's working just not lasting long enough...
