Not to complain.....BUT

They are putting my DH in a Grumpy mood.  Oh, well.  Only a couple more days.  Last year we got a good chuckle over how badly we got screwed bc sometimes there is nothing left but to laugh it off.

    My dh has NEVER done his taxes. His dad did them before he met me and I've done them ever since. We do ours first thing in february once the tax program is up and running at work. Of course the last 2 years we've had to pay federal and this year was bad. Thankfully we got half of what we owe federal from our state refund. Good luck it's almost over!

    Right there with ya.  We are not "officially" filing til the 14th b/c we owe the fed govt.  We will get 1/3 back of what we are paying fed from state, but still major suckage. All you can do is laugh.

    Bend Over, Here It Comes Again

    Last April 15th DH was having a particularly heavy pout over our tax bill and finally I just said, well, BOHICA.  He was like what?  So I told him.  He cracked his first smile of the day and I fell over laughing in the restaurant.  He couldn't help but laugh, too.
