My DD has had horrible gas for the past week and I've stopped eating dairy and anything else I think might be causing it, but it hasn't made much of a difference. She had been fine for the past couple weeks and then last week it got bad again. Just wondering if your LO was like this, when did it get better? I just feel so bad for her and I don't think the Mylicon drops really do much for her. TIA!

Re: When did the gassy baby have less of a problem?
DD was horrible until 3-3.5 months. I cut out everything in my diet no dairy, no spicy, no gassy veg, no caffeine, no chocolate...you name it and she was still gassy and had reflux.
My pediatrician told me to use mylicon after every feeding and it helped us a lot. She still was colicy and gassy but it took it down from a 10 to a 6!
Now she is a completely different baby. She never needs mylicon and I have added everything but caffeine and chocolate in my diet. I know how you must feel, but trust me this will soon pass.
Good to hear! I had read that around 14 weeks is when it gets better, but I was hoping to hear some stories like yours to get some more hope! thanks!
