Spotting with high temps?

Hi ladies. At the risk of sounding like a complete idiot, I've decided to take my question to you.

I've been charting since I got my AF back after having my baby. I am not on BC, but I am breastfeeding. I have had 2 normal cycles so far (AF is heavy and lasts 6 days).

This cycle I had brown/pink spotting at 7 and 8dpo. Temps still high. No spotting 9 dpo. More spotting at 10dpo (only in the evening). And when I say spotting, I mean a tiny bit on the toilet paper when I wipe.

I'm now 11dpo, temps still high, no spotting.

I thought the spotting could be from implantation but got a BFN at 9 and 10 dpo with a FRER.

Is it possible that I tested too early, even though it was 3 days after the initial spotting? Is there anything else spotting could be associated with?

    Do you have a chart we can see? It is definitely possible that you tested too early.

    HPT Accuracy Results Percentages: (Based on a 25mIU sensitive test)
    10 dpo : 35%
    11 dpo : 51%
    12 dpo : 62%
    13 dpo : 68%
    14 dpo : 74%
    15 dpo : 80%
    16 dpo : 88%
    17 dpo : 92%

    And in case anyone was wondering, I am using my rising temp, my temp has always been about a degree higher than the "average".

    I get spotting like that before my period. I have had it start and stop and start again.

    10 DPO is pretty early to test. If AF does not appear go ahead and test once a week until you hit the jackpot.

    I usually spot before my period too. Sad

    I have never had a baby though so it could be different for you. Good luck!
