I am in need of good nursing bras! I am size 42 F(yikes), but thankfully I am the same size that I was before pregnancy & still the same size. But I need to know where I can get a good nursing bra. Thanks. I live in the Sandy Springs/Dunwoody area, but willing to drive somewhere that will fit my need!

I bought a nursing tank at Northside and I love it. I'm sure the bras are equally as awesome. If you deliver there, definitely check them out before you leave. If not, you're still able to go and shop there. My nursing tank was pretty expensive, but I still wear it...and I stopped nursing 5 months ago.
I did buy a cheap nursing bra at Motherhood when I was pregnant. It was nice to have a few months PP after my breasts got the hang of things and shrunk a bit.
Girl I feel your pain. I have a really large chest, too. Once my milk comes in I'm going to Necessities by Sherie in Snellville. It's a lot like Intimacy (which is also a great place). For girls with huge boobs like us, we just can't go to Target and pick up a bra unfortunately. I'd rather get fitted and have a couple of really nice ones that FIT. Nothing worse than an uncomfy bra.
I also have been given and bought several used nursing bras and tanks from friends. Two of the bras are Bravado and they are a sleep type bra - I figured these will hold me until I get a really good supportive one. I also purchased a GREAT tank from Glamourmom.com. I"ll post a link. I ordered a Bravado tank from Target but I hated it - it was way too tight and I followed the size chart. Here's the tank I got - I think this will work great. It is super supportive!

I feel your pain. I was a 32G before and during pg after he came I was a 34H. I tried the northside store and they had nothing for big chested girls like us in nursing bras. They did have the bravado tanks which I love but no nurisng bras. And the lady wasn't very good with big boobs at all. Of course she told me to go to LiviRea and that Intimacy doesn't do nurisng bras (not true). Not a big fan of LiviRea. They rushed finding me something even through I was the only one in the store and the bras were not good.
I ended up going to Intimacy a few weeks later and got 3 wonderful nursing bras. They were about $50 each but so worth it. They had a pretty decent selection for us big boob girls - some with underwire, some without, some sleeping nurisng bras etc. I highly recommend going there after yoru milk comes in.
Oh also for the hopsital, I also highly recommend getting a few nursing tanks. I got some XL at Target for cheap. They are not the best but I didn't care when I was in L&D and they were great for my hospital stay. I wore one from the time I got there until I left and beyond at home that first week. There is no way I wanted a regular bra on and I had to wear something. Plus this covered my deflated stomach while I learned to nurse Bailey.
