Tummy time for a reflux baby

My son has reflux, and is constantly spitting up. Everytime i put him on his belly he spits up eveywhere. I always wait at least an hour and half after he last ate to even attempt it but it dosen't seem to do much good. I was just curious how mother's of refulx babies do tummy time.

    My son is exactly the same. Even if it's been 2 hrs after a feeding he still spits up everywhere. I do tummy time once a day. I just wash the blanket he's on afterwards. I only do it once a day, otherwise I'd be washing 2 blankets a day. My laundry is already out of control! Lots or burp cloths bibs baby clothes and my clothes covered in spit up.

    I just put a burp cloth under her and let her have at it... as long as she wasn't mad about it we were good to go...

    Put your baby on their belly on the bouncey. It gives them tummy time while elevating them so they dont vomit. Of course sit with your baby so the bouncey doesnt tip.

    We do this. If she spits up, oh well. It helps her with gas too, to be on her tummy for a while.

    we do tummy time on the boppy, or the wedge in the crib...so there's a bit of elevation. I also put a burp cloth or bib right under her to catch any spit up. I figure the benefits of exercise outweigh the extra spit up/laundry that may come of it.
