I cant figure out how to make my bumper pads stay in place because there is no where to tie them on to on the head and foot boards because it is a solid piece of wood instead of slats. I just dont want it falling over on my little guy when he gets here! Any suggestions? What did you do?
We got a breathable bumper that uses velcro instead of ties. Then we just sort of pulled it over the solid part and velcroed it at the next available slat. It isn't the prettiest solution, but it works.

For a crib like that it is best to get your bumpers in four pieces so that you can use only two sides of the bumpers. If your bumpers are all one piece try to use double face velcro to affix it to the sides.
