Hope everything is going well with you now that Brandon's home!  In reponse to the visiting nurse question I don't know how she's eligible but the social worker seemed pretty excited about it.  LOL.  sorry I'm not much help. 
I will find out more tomm.

    Thanks! Did Sophie come home today? We had a good first night home with Brandon. He stayed on the schedule that he was on at the NICU...woke up every 3 hours for his bottle and then slept.
    Conceived twins with IVF January 2008. Lost baby a at 20 1/2 weeks due to premature rupture of membranes and held onto baby b. Baby b (Brandon) born at 26 weeks and 1 day on July 5, 2008.
