A must for your hospital bag

Had some advice from a friend to pack some snacks for the nurses, so we had a basket on the table in our room. I have to admit we had some of the best nurses and anything we wanted they rushed to get it. They came in more frequently to check up on us and if it was because they wanted a bag of 100 calorie oreos that was fine by me. Good luck 3rd tri moms

So what all did you bring for them, how much, and did you put a sign up that said "for the nurses", or something?
I've heard of giving them a gift basket for the nurse's desk when you arrive, but I kinda like the idea of just having snacks for them in your room... gives them an incentive to come in and give you some attention!
Good advice
My friend went into labor and wanted to stay at home for as long as possible. She baked homemade chocolate chip cookies and took them to the hospital when she eventually went in. Apparently her nurses were the best ever.
I am definitely following this advice. If they are happy with 100-calorie Oreo snack packs, all the better!
I want to do this, but I couldn't think what kind of snacks to bring.
