I don't know if this is dr worthy. Help me decide.

At my RE appt last week, I didn't mention the pain I've had since my injectable cycle in February.  It was intermittent and not too bad.

It's gotten worse over the weekend and I just don't know what it is.  I've always had painful periods, so that's nothing new.  I had terrible bloating and pelvic pain after I O'd with my injectible cycle.  Since then I've had pain near my left ovary that goes around to my back on the left.  Over the weekend, it became all low back pain and down my legs on the outside of my legs.  It comes and goes, but is uncomfortable enough that I need advil.  I also am having a dull ache across my front pelvic area.  I'm CD 8 right now and typically don't O until CD 21ish.

At first I was thinking UTI, but I don't have any other bladder symptoms beside the low back ache.

Heeeelp.  This is unpleasant, but I'm not sure if it's worth a trip to the dr.

  • I would call. Are you being monitored with U/S? Sometimes OHSS can cause pain like that ect. It could also be nothing, but I would get it checked out.

I'm on a break right now and am not being monitored for anything.

  • I'd go in. I'd ask for an u/s. Its not IF related so should be covered. :)
  • Have you ever had Sciatica before?  Doesn't hurt to call, right?

Never had sciatica. I'll have to consult Dr. Google.

I'm apprehensive to call because I know they'll have me come in and I don't want to go.  I want them to tell me over the phone exactly what I have, call in some meds and be done with it. lol

  • Sommer makes a good point. Whatever it is I hope it goes away soon...like you don't have enough on your plate without dealing with constant pain.
