What do you use to carry formula in your diaper bag? Right now, we are using one of those plastic 3 section things with the spinning lid. But, I just pulled it out of the diaper bag, and it looks like the formula got mixed in with the other compartments. I had 3oz worth of formula in each spot, and when I dumped them, I measured and they were ALL wrong.
So, what do you use?

You can just put it in the bottle, bring the bottle and a bottle of water. You can bring predone formula. You can buy those little packs of formula.
Or use the formula seperator or buy some little rubbermaid containers and mark the lids w/ 6 oz or 8 oz or whatever.
I hate the tommee tippee bottles, but these are awesome:

They're made to be carried in the top of a tommee tippee bottle, but they close so securely that I just throw them in a pocket of the diaper bag and then dump the powder in my pre-filled Nuk bottle when I need formula.
Whhaaaaat?! We do this too... I've never thought to re-measure the formula! Shoot!
We got some tubies that you're supposed to store BM in, you could try those.
I use those too but only once have I seen it shift compartments and I found that I didn't have the lid on right. Maybe you can see if it's fitted right?
If you're still having problems, I suggest using separate tupperware containers or one bottle with the formula measured and one bottle with the water measured.

I'll check the lid on ours. It's the first time I've noticed it, but I've had a few friends say they had some issues.
Where do you buy the individual packets at? I haven't been to the store since before DD so I have NO idea.
Make sure the spout thingy (sorry for the horrible description) is centered on one of the three sections. This happened to me once and I think it was because the lid was in between 2 sections.
Hope that helps.
