Anyone have severe headache after D&C?

I have been feeling pretty good, unitl my headache started last night.  This is the worst headache I have ever had and I am even on pain killers and motrin. We called the on call dr. to see if this could be from the anesthesia or something and he said maybe or maybe not. He really had no idea.  So I am wondering if anyone else had this or knows anything about it?

    I have been getting these shooting pain headaches, I am no dr. but I think mine are from the change in hormone levels. I had a D&C on 9/8. Could yours be from crying. I remember getting them the first few days because I was not sleeping and crying all the time.

    Oh my gosh.... starting the day after my D&C (that night) I had the worst headache ever.  It lasted at least 24 hours.  I was popping Tylenol 3 and 600mg Ibprofen and nothing helped.  I even tried icing my head and that gave me some relief.  My head was seriously the only thing that hurt after the D&C.  I even had a hard time sleeping through the pain. 

    I hope that you feel better soon.

    since having mine on thursday i've had headaches and back pain at the base of my neck. i think it's from anesthesia but i haven't called the dr.
