Well, the second round of Cytotec seemed to do the trick. I inserted them around 9:30pm and by 11:30 the cramps were unbearable (even with pain meds). I spent half the night on the toilet with lots of bleeding (literally, it was like stuff was just falling out) but nothing that looked like a sac unfortunately. I don't seem to bleed onto the pads much. It seems like it only happens when I sit down on the toilet. Anyone else experience this? I wonder how long this will take and if this will work entirely. I was up for at least 3 hours just sitting on the toilet. I got to bed finally around 5am and slept til 9am. DH is leaving to go to work soon

The cramps have subsided mostly. My doctor of course isn't in today (it seems like I can never talk to her) so I really don't know what to expect and how to know everything is "out."

Hopefully your doctor will give you a sonogram or test your HCG to <5 to make sure everything is gone.
My thoughts are with you
This sounds like what I went through - the almost unbearable cramping, and feeling like I had to sit on the toilet all the time.
My guess would be they will do another u/s when you're all done to make sure everything passed, but I'm not really sure since my course was different.
