Anyone have any experience with accupressure as a means to induce labor?

Hey ladies,

 Just wondering if anyone has had any experience using accupressure as a means to jump start labor. I'm a little aprehensive to start because I can't find much info on pros and cons regarding the methods.

    I am not sure how well it works, but just an FYI (I learned this week) if you have had acupuncture in less than 1 year you are not allowed to donate blood. I thought that was strange. So if you donate blood I wouldn't do it.

    Edit...just realized you said acupressure and not puncture...maybe I need to read a little closer :-)

    I did acupressure and acupuncture to induce labor. Both worked. If you google it will show you points on your leg and on your hand that help.

    i had acupuncture.  It didn't start labor but maybe it made the induction easier.
