My DD is 16 mos and the other LO I watch is 14 mos. I'm trying to think of things to put in their Easter Eggs, and someone suggested this. I'm wondering if its safe.
DS can eat teddy grahams and other similar things, but I have been giving him those types of stuff for a while now. He has 4 teeth btw. I guess it depends on if you think the other LO would be okay with it? Sorry, I was probably no help. :P
My 3 year old almost choked on one recently. Now, I'm careful to watch that she bites them and doesn't put the whole thing in her mouth. So, generally, I'd say that they're not a choking hazard. I was shocked that my dd put the whole thing in her mouth like that. I guess they can choke on anything, though!
Re: Are teddy grahams a choking hazard for a 14 mos old?
I would think they're fine as long as the 14 month old has some teeth
DD started to eat teddy grahams around that time-but she has a ton of teeth for her age.
