She swallowed bath water

Is that bad? It sounded like she took a big gulp too. I had her seat up so I could wash her back well and she leaned forward and guzzled up. Kind of nasty too it was all soapy water. Poor bebe.

    My son swaddled a big gulp of bath water (my fault, and it was like it happened in slow motion, but I couldn't stop it!) when he was only two weeks old. Turned out to be okay.

    DD has done is a handful of times.  Once it was bad because she choked on it but the other times she was fine and it did not bother her.

    Nothing you can do now so as long is she is OK I would just give her an extra snuggle.

    This.,.I give him his own cloth now at the begining of the tub before theres soap in it lol

    DS does this, too.  I think about it and pause each time, but let it go.

    I know this is a terrible way to look at it, but babies have been drinking their bath water for a long time. And I have NEVER heard of a baby get sick from it. I'm sure your LO will be fine- maybe he'll blow bubbles when he hiccups, hehe.
