Success after IF

attn: big-boobied ladies!!

OK, so I was a DDD before Henry and my nursing bras are a 36G, so I'm talking big boobies. You D girls need not apply.

I have NEVER had a great fitting swimsuit, but I ordered mix/match separates from Land's End for our trip to FL next month and they are seriously AWESOME!

I ordered this top in the DDD cup and these bottoms.

I'd heard they make really great suits, but I was skeptical, since I've heard that before about others and been disappointed.

But this is one great-fitting swimsuit. Sturdy, plenty of coverage without being matronly and it has fantastic support.

Just thought I'd pass along to all of you who suffer with me!

Regardless of boob size (I'm up to a C with nursing), that is one cute suit!  It looks very hollywood siren-y.  Thanks for the tip - I may have to order one myself!

  • Oh, and I highly recommend using their swimsuit fit experts. According to their size charts I was between sizes, so  did a live chat with them and ordered the size they recommended and  it fits perfectly!
  • I could only wish to be anything over a C even while BF...LOL

    I love their suits though

  • I have no clue what size I was when pumping, but I was *way* bigger than the DD I was during pregnancy.  That suit is cute!  Methinks I am not going to be able to wear a bikini anytime soon, and even though I am back down to a C, I still have boobage, so that is a good compromise!

After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!

  • OMG!  I just ordered that bathing suit from Lands End on Sunday!  Too funny!  I just got a shipping confirmation, so I can't wait to get it!  I'm so glad to know that it provides support without looking matronly!  I'm a 34D, but can never feel the support I need!

  • Thanks for the info!  I need something that can tame these Fs.
  • that looks so cute! I am a 36 DDD, and was a 36 FF but had a reduction.
  • So the DDD fits you as an H?  That's my concern.  I'm an H and if the suit is only a DDD I can't imagine it fitting...

I am not quite an H anymore...I've started weaning so am somewhere between my old size and nursing size.
  • I was 36I during nursing.  What bra has been working for you?

I have a land's end suit that I just love for my girls.  I wonder if they make maternity suits?  I will need one for the summer and the one I just bought (and returned) was laughable...

  • Awesome!! That suit is really cute! Thanks!! No idea what I am right now... Kinda scared to find out!!

I'm a DD, so maybe I qualify?  I never find good suits either, always WAY too much spillage... I love this though, seriously cute!  Thanks for sharing!

  • Oh, awesome! I was expecting Lands End suits to be like all others and not provide any support (I'm a DDD/F, depending on the bra, as it is). So nice to know they're big enough! Love that suit, too.
