    Just counting calories.

    Seriously, we were eating 3000+ calories a day. Effing disgusting. So, we've pretty much completely cut out fast food (srsly, McD's for breakfast at least 3 days a week), pasta, pizza, etc. We're grilling chicken, doing veggies and some kind of starch every night.

    Because we were eating so horribly, it probably wasn't really all that difficult to lose that much right off the bat. LOL!

    I'll be honest, though. I'm getting incredibly sick of chicken. 

    I like privacy. A lot.
