  It took me about 2-3 weeks to dry up completely. They stopped hurting after about 2 weeks.

  Mine never really hurt.  They were engorged and tender for about 3 days.  Mine still havn't fully dried up, they still leak very small amounts

  mine have stopped leaking so much...just very little. they stopped hurting after about a week or so

  This sounds weird but my OB said that tucking cabbage leaves in your bra helps.  I haven't tried it since I EBF.  There's also a lot of websites that talk about doing this...here are a few:
