Good for you for doing it! DH and I went to the gym last night after a month long hiatus, and I seriously felt like I needed to call EMS after about 30 minutes on the elliptical!

Oh gosh, I am starting this on the 1st! I was just going to make a post about it and how my FI just went to the store to get me my last soda and chocolate fix lol.. I hope it works!

I did Day 1 on Sunday, but haven't done it again yet. I am now planning to count Sunday's workout as sort of a (painful) rehearsal and start again tomorrow, counting that as day 1. I don't feel like I'll ever be ready to move on to level 2!!
When she says "people on day 5 or 6 I bet your feeling a difference" and its true, it does get easier. But I dont know if ill ever be ready for level 2 haha.
I started last Thursday and was too sore to do it again the next day..or the next day. So I started again today! OMG. I think it was worse today than the other day! I felt like I was going to puke! lol. I'm SOOO out of shape! But I've missed the feeling of sore muscles! I know it's working already! Woohoo!! Can't wait to get skinny again! Good luck and let's try to stay motivated!
