My twins wear a size 4 diaper ....the pampers swin diapers come in a 3/4 size 5 or 6....should I get the size 5? Im afraid the 3/4 size is too small

Yeah we went a size bigger when using the swim diapers. We also put a plastic cover over top of the diaper...you know, just in case of leaks!
