Dada came first a few months ago - baba and mama and nana came next about a week or two ago! She is 8 months right now.

DD made the babababa sound first and I want to say it was really early like 3 months. She's always been gabby! Now she yammers nonstop.

Thanks guys - my twins just turned 8 months but at the 6 month appointment my pedi sounded concerned that they were not making these sounds. Now I know she is crazy : )

Consistantly, about a month ago. She first started with Bahbah bah bah, now it's mamamamam. We're still waiting on dadada.

dada came at 7 months, and that's pretty much all he says. No baba or mama yet.

Eli has been doing dada for about 2 months now. Just recently we realized that he's using baba to refer to his bottles! I've gotten one mama out of him, but I don't think he knew what he was saying. He's just getting good at the "m" sound, so maybe soon.

Ben started dada and baba around 9 months. No sign of mama though.

Still waiting!! He does a lot of yelling and growling, but very little vowel sounds. I'm sure it will come soon!
