It sounds too matchy matchy. Elma is an old ladies name. Amna sounds made up. Just way too much going on for me to dislike.
A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

I don't think you should try to coordinate sibling names too much.
I think if you wanted them to be of the same style it wouldn't be too bad. For example I know sisters named Catherine and Tabitha which are similar in style but not matching.
My name is Jennifer and my sister is Pamela, once again similar in style but not matching.
I think for sisters it's important to names that are equally beautiful but that don't sound the same.
Never heard of Amna before, it's NMS. Not really a fan of Elma. I do like Alba and that's similar though. For siblings I would say that Amna and Elma are way too matchy matchy.
elma looks too much like elmo to me and amna would get called anna all the time. and no, they don't go together as sibling names. it's like a tongue twister.
