Nora is almost always constipated so the dr said to only feed her foods that make her go during those times. Peaches, prunes and pears seem to do the trick but I want to incorporate veggies into her diet as well. Which veggies help with constipation? TIA

"P" foods help with POOP! Seriously, that was a tip i got from my friend who is a pediatrician.
