The past two days I have noticed that DD really isn't into her 8am bottle. She has maybe 2-4 oz, I know that many of you with 8+ monthers out there only do 3 bottles so I wanted to know how that works (times, is it with a meal, etc).
Thanks!
She does not like to nap but here is what her norm is. Granted she is with 3 different care takers during the week plus me so it is hard to keep everyone on the same page.
8am- cereal, 1/2 fruit and bottle (6oz)
12- fruit, yogurt, and bottle (6oz)
4ish- bottle and Puffs (6oz)
6:30/7- 2 veggies- 1 with cereal and 1 without (she hates meat)
8- bottle (8oz)
Re: Moving to 3 bottles?
We still do 4 bottles. We actually dropped to 4 bottles around 8-9 months.
How many ounces are in your bottles?
Instead of eliminating a bottle to 3 a day, we've dropped ounces.
DS is older, but now takes 4 6 oz bottles.
That's exactly how much DS ate around your LO's age.
He was also on finger/table foods and had three meals plus two snacks (including a bedtime snack). He's a big eater though.
That is too funny! DD was a huge eater for the first 3 months. She took 4oz. at 4 days old. My pedi almost fell over.
Reid is so handsome! Congrats on making it to 1 year!!!
