I used it a lot in the first few weeks following my c-section. It was nice because it didn't irritate my incision. I never got the hang of the football hold, so it really saved me. That being said, I really don't use it much anymore, but I tend to nurse DS without the aid of any pillows.
I love it! It's especially great when the baby is really little but I still use it at night to feed DS so I don't have to hold him up as much. I really love how it attaches to you so it stays in place and it has bumps where LO's head goes to help keep their head elevated,
Hands down my favorite baby item :-) I used it for 6 mos with dd #1 and now am being reminded with #2 how essential it was for me. Highly recommend it!!
I have two Boppys and I still shelled out the cash for this pillow after trying it at my lactation consultant's office. I was having a lot of problems with DS sliding down while I fed him and then only sucking on my nipple, which was making them cracked and painful. This pillow has been crucial in getting him positioned correctly. I wish I hadn't bothered registering for the Boppy.

I would definitely recommend it.
