Holy wow, can I whore out my friend for a sec?

I have a really good friend who I actually met on theknot YEARS ago.  There are several of us who met there and have been friends for years.  We have our own private message board and meet up several times a year.  They were actually here for my shower last month.  Anyway, Allison is super talented.  I was talking about how i wanted some cute wall art but everything I liked was so pricey.  I had found these three at Rosenberry Rooms and posted about them.  Obviously they all didn't match, but I loved the overall look of them.  I wanted springy art since she's being born in the spring.  Well, Allison volunteered to paint them for me.  She found some canvases at Michael's - 3 for $6!!  She did them today and I am absolutely shocked and floored at how awesome they are.  She hasn't painted for 7 years!!!  Just take a look.  I told her I'd whore her out, if she wanted the business.  I'm in awe of anyone who can paint!

    I agree!  Hers are better than the originals for sure!  She used to have an Etsy shop and sold all sorts of fun things, but she closed it.  She recently finally finished school so she's no longer tied down to school work and a FT job, so hopefully she'll get started again.  If she does, I'll let you know.

    Those are great! I wish I would have known about her 1.5 yrs ago. I foudn 2 pictures that I really liked for DD's room and ended up painting some myself with some stencils. I think she would have done a lot better!
