Thank you everyone! It feels good to have it done.
They actually don't sell it at PBK anymore, but they're still going for over $100 on ebay. I used fishing line to hang it and create the strings across the top of the ring (which DH painted silver). Then, I used thin elastic jewelry wire to string the butterflies on. The butterflies took the longest time b/c I couldn't find a punch that created the right size/shape, so I cut them out individually--all 150 or so.
