We are getting ready to send a bit of solids to daycare with DD, and I need to get serious about her feeding "gear". Any recommendations for bibs, containers, feeding spoons, etc? I would rather not go with disposable versions.
I know you said you don't want disposable but I love the take and toss containers. We have been using the same set since january and haven't had to toss one yet. they are just mini tupperware that are perfect for baby food. they also are different colors so I can say "orange for lunch" and "green for breakfast". we got 2 packs of bibs from target that are rather large and make of a great material that are easy to clean.
For containers I use the ziploc disposables, but I do put them in the dishwasher. They last a long time and do no leak. I bought non-disposable ones from BRU and they leak all over!
For the spoons, again, I use plastic ones that I think are considered disposable, but we have never thrown one out. They go in the dishwasher too.
We have the vinyl backed bibs from walmart (TY Bump ladies!) and I also use the ziploc containers and put them in the dishwasher along with the ones I have from one step ahead.
I bought a pack of nuby spoons too.

We make our baby food and freeze into cubes and then use the Baby Cubes containers for feeding. I toss a food cube in and put in the fridge to defrost (or microwave to warm), then put in a cooler bag if we're eating outside of the house. Granted we just started last week, but so far they haven't leaked at all.
Re: Bibs and containers for daycare solids?
I have both cloth bibs and these types of bibs for LO.

Wooden Munchkin Spoons - they just have to be hand washed which is NBD.
Bibs - We have about 3 dozen bibs so I just rotate and throw them in the wash but i could see where a wipeable would be nice.
