AW: Felt baby on outside for first time!

I was sitting at my desk and felt a strong thud in my lower abdomen. I had felt it a couple times before and thought it might be kicks, but wasn't sure. Then I felt another thump and decide to put my hand over the area. There was a pause, followed by two more distinct thumps that I felt. It was so cool!

No clue if it was kicks or punches, but either way I loved it. Hoping LO will do it again soon so DH can feel!

Wow, very cool! Drinking OJ or something sweet usually is a good way to get baby going too

I hope your H gets to feel it soon. I bet you will be feeling baby all the time now.

Those thumps get stronger and stronger, until eventually it'll shake your whole belly! So cool! Like PP said, try drinking a glass of juice and then lay down and be still. Have hubby at the ready so he can put his hand on your belly as soon as you start feeling baby moving around in there. It's like crack for us now. Every time he starts kicking, I'm like "give me your hand!"

That is so awesome! Soon your DH will be able to feel them too. I remember thinking later in my pregnancy how I never wanted that feeling to end. I miss inside baby kicks!

That's such a great feeling - I agree with BL - just have a juice or something sweet/sugary, and baby will start to move. Just in case he/she doesn't want to do it on command for your man.
