    well, this sounds promising then (better than that nasty BBQ place that never looked all that good).

    this is the location where my beloved Baja Fresh used to be.    Too much turnover lately.   I need something good to stick around.  I need a new "go-to" for lunch at work.

    panera is wonderful, but it's pretty expensive for what you get sandwich-wise.

    but their bagels are heavenly.  so is their soup.

    okay, scratch the too expensive part...

    I've only had it a few times...I tend to be somewhat snobbish about national chains and the one near me is close to some more "local" establishments. Solid, though. You'll be happy.

    I love the *you pick two*  usually get either a salad or the french onion soup and then try to switch up the 2nd choice.  YUM!

    I actually looked at buying a franchise and putting one in new Orleans. But it would have cost a fortune and I couldn't get the capital together. Overall: Great soup, salad, sandwich place for lunch. Breakfast is good as well (bagels, muffins, pastries).

    I'm a creature of habit so I always get the soup and salad.  Broccoli cheese soup of course.  It's definitely good, but not my favorite place to eat by any means.

    Ditto everyone. Broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl, turkey artichoke panini, fresh lemonade, cinnamon crunch bagel...I need to stop or I will start drooling at my desk.

    I love their broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl.  I like the Sierra Turkey sandwich.  They have good salads.  Their homemade croutons are yummy too.

    Oh, and they just started putting all the calories up on the order board.  So, if you are being careful about what you are eating, it makes it easier to count calories.

    TTC #2, Operative hysteroscopy March 2011; IVF #1 long lupron protocol April 2011-cancelled due to poor response; IVF #2 flare protocol May 2011=hospitalization due to abdominal hemorrhage during ER and no fert due to MFI issues. Moving onto international adoption from Moldova January 2013!

    OMG, I looooves me some panera!!! Lemme see...

    1. Cinnamon crunch bagel toasted with butter
    2. Chocolate crissoant
    3. Some damn good lemonade
    4. Soup, soup, and more soup!  It is ALL good.  My faves are broccoli cheddar and baked potato, the french onion is also super good
    5. Asian Sesame chicken salad...cruncy won tons and yummy dressing
    6. Coookies...chocolate chipper or the chocolate duet (with big hunks of white chocolate chips in a chocolate cookie)
    7. OMG I almost forgot, the most recent panera love, the breakfast sandwhiches...bagel with bacon, egg and some delicious vermont cheddar cheese. 

     I think I could be a panera commercial!
