Keurig Users - any problems with your brewer?

We are on our 3rd brewer since Thanksgiving and have had the same problem each time.  It will work great for about a month and then it stops brewing full cups.  We descale it, clean out the needle, use only filtered water, etc., but it is still the same thing.  One thing to say, they have excellent customer service and always send me a replacement brewer with no problems..and a few boxes of coffee with this last brewer, but still.  What a pain!

    I love my keurig but I have that middle model.  We just had a discussion about it on my local boards recently.  Maybe you have the same issue she has?

    We have never had a problem with our and we actually own three.  One at home, Dh has one at work and a travel one (he is kind of obsessed).

    Courted! we do, too! 

    We have the Breville MOdel (it is the stainless one) and have yet to have an issue...

    Thanks girls!  Guess I am just unlucky!  Sucks too, because I love my Keurig.  Maybe this will be lucky #3 for me!!
