if you've used More Milk Plus

Did it work for you? How long before you noticed a difference?

LO and I did not get off to a good start BFing, and he's been supplemented with formula since the beginning. I quit actually BFing on Wednesday because of the stress it was causing me. Since then, I've consistently pumped 8 oz/day. Obviously, LO needs more than this. I've been trying things to increase my supply like drinking lots of water, eating oatmeal, and doing a power pumping session everyday. I've been getting 8 pumping sessions in per day. I shoot for 10, but it just doesn't happen.

I started taking More Milk Plus on Friday evening, but haven't noticed a difference yet. I was thinking of increasing my dose to the dose they recommend to moms over 175 pounds. I'm currently at 170 pounds, so I'm pretty close to that. Do you think I should wait to see if I have an improvement or go ahead and up my dose?

I tried everything under the sun to produce more milk. I did use More Milk Plus at the higher doseage. For the price, I don't think that it worked that much better for me than Fenugreek, so that's what I'm taking now since it's about 1/3 the price.

I saw a difference within a week, so I would take it at the higher doseage and give it a few more days.
