  • LIangel - can you come clean my floors!!  I voted every couple of weeks, but in all honesty we have NO TIME to clean so we pay my cousin to come over and clean every other week.  We do little things in between but she does the bulk of it.  It is by far the best money I've ever spent.

  • Personally, I would only do it a couple of times a year.  We did have a cleaning lady come every other week who did it.  Now, however, we are trying to sell our house, so before every open house and showing we have been doing it - so about once a week...

  • My cleaning lady mops the floor once a week.  We have hardwood floors in our kitchen, foyer, and powder room and I vaccum the floors every other day(we have a dog that sheds a lot) but I don't mop.

  • I LOVE things to be clean but hate to actually clean.  I usually complain about it for three weekends in a row and then finally do it!

  • The only moppable areas we have are the kitchen and bathrooms. I do each once a week.

I'd love to do it less often, but our kitchen floor gets really gross if I let it go.

  • I'd love a cleaning lady!  Even though I mop a few times a week doesn't mean I enjoy it.

  • I mop once a week but you could NOT eat off them.  I have multiple dogs that make a weekly mop a must.
  • I do the kitchen twice a week and the bathroom and entry hall once a week.
  • We don't wear shoes in the house so I don't feel like they get that dirty, plus we have mostly carpet, which I hate. I think once I have LO and she is crawling around I"ll mop more often. Right now it's once a week or once every other week.
