Northwestern Ultrasounds

Has anyone had a 20 week ultrasound at Northwestern? I'm wondering if they do 4D ultrasounds. Thanks!

    My OB/GYN's group delivers at Prentice, yet they perform their 20 week ultrasounds in office - not actually at Northwestern.  As for the 3d/4d u/s, I believe it depends on the tech and whether they would switch from regular to 3d for you.  My doctor did suggest that for people experiencing problems later in the pregnancy, then 3d would be more routinely used.

    I just had a level 2 ultrasound at Prentice and they said the machines are 3d capable but they only use it to look at certain birth defects. My OB office at 680 N Lakeshore says they do not have 3d in office.

    If you want a 3d/4d experience there are plenty of boutique type places you can go and pay for one.
