    I was due in early June and my allergies weren't terrible, but I had a lot of night time congestion and my OB said the plain Mucinex was fine, but avoid the DM.   Guess this is one of those things were each doctor is going to be different.

    I have a nasty sinus infection and was told regular Sudafed and regular Mucinex were fine.  I wouldn't have survived this week without them.
