Best stretchy swaddling blankets?

I've looked at the Aden & Anais Muslin ones online, but can't tell how good they are without seeing them in person... and they seem SO expensive.

Any good recs?

  • I was just going to post this about aden and anais... And I am also looking for something lightweight with summer and all :)

    I am all ears. :)

  • I've handled them and they're seriously awesome.  The muslin is super thin but stretchy, and they're big enough that you can get a good swaddle.
  • I like the Koala Baby brand Thermal ones from BRU. Super stretchy and big.
  • A&A ARE the best. Totally worth the money. Smile

  • We used the Miracle Blanket.  What a life saver.  I can't have another baby without having a MB.
  • I haven't used them, but I have seen them in person.  They are awesome and on my list to buy for the next baby.

  • I loved the Aden n anais too. I may :cough cough: know someone who has three pink/orange for sale because she needs boy/GN colors. This same person may also have a brand new moby swaddler that will be too warm for baby in her house w/o AC this summer. Jus' saying :)
  • We use our A+A blankets every day for a variety of uses.  We love them!

  • IF I even have another baby I would get an A+A one.

With what I had, my favorite swaddlers were the receiving blankets fromt he hospital - those ugly ones with the blue and plum stripes on the edge.  Perfect size, perfect weight.  We had a Miracle Blanket which gets rave rave rave reviews but we never ended up using.  But it's light and stretchy.

  • I used the Swaddle Me blankets from Target and LOVED them! I think they were around $20.
  • I have the A+A blankets too and love them. I use them to sleep with. Yes, you heard that right. I use loveys, at age 31.

The only thing I hate about them is that they are MIC. I didn't know that they were until after I bought them. Despite this, they are really good.

You can get some at https://www.bambinoland.com/store/template/product_display.php?NID=234  as well if you want more options. These are not A+A but they are the same size and material so I am sure they'd be great as well.
