  I don't know weelass, but I think I am in love already. I miss diner food, horribly.

  We've had a vicious bout with stomach flu and are relegated to chicken broth. Woot.

  I made some enchiladas out of the roasted chicken I made this weekend.

  I live just outside of Orlando--where people feel that Denny's is a good substitute. I'm originally from NJ--you see my pain!
