expiration date on boxed couscous (NBR)

So I am cooking dinner and made a box of couscous and just happened to look on the box and noticed the best by date of sept. 09 (oops) you think it's still ok to eat? It looks ok.

i'd eat it. unless it's a parmesean (sp?) one, then maybe I wouldn't. but otherwise...it probably just won't taste quite the same.
