16 and pregnant last night...

Surprise  I'm not a fan of this season and last night was the first full episode I watched.  OK so I'm not that surprised that a teenage boy would act the way that douche did about being a father BUT to call her a fat stretch mark biitch!!!  I felt so bad for her and even worse for that poor baby that has such a douchebag for a father!

     I would like to think that there are SOME teenage fathers that aren't complete tools, but MTV has yet to find them

    Yea, he was just plain awful. I just hope that the sweet baby never sees the episode when she gets older.

    Agreed! He was a total douche; but she was dumb for taking it IMO.  These girls all need to learn to stand up for themselves.  I know easier said then done, but if I ever have a little girl I want to teach her to speak her mind and stand up to boys. 

    I am not in love with this seaon the way I was with last season.  I want Teen moms to come back!

    It bothers me that so many teenagers think that they are old, and mature enough for sex but can't handle what comes with it. I was 18 my first time and my FI and I both knew the risk we were taking even with protection. If schools would teach more than just saying no maybe there wouldn't be so many teen pregnancies. IMO

    I agree he was a total dbag.  But I was impressed that instead of going to the homecoming dance, she opted to come home.  It did actually show a hint of maturity that a lot of the girls on these shows don't show, especially not right away.

    I KNOW!!!  In a way it's good though, because it doesn't glorify teenage pregnancy to the little girls that are watching it.  I think they should show more of the sleepless nights, screaming and a colicky baby here and there just to really show what having a baby is like!

    I think the fact that he called the baby "a mistake" and wanted to sign his rights away makes me want to punch him. It was bad enough to attack her with those remarks but to say what he said about the baby just made me angry.
