cooler weather/sleep

those of you who live in cooler places, (michigan) what does lo wear to bed? I feel like he's too cold and hasn't slept that well.. But when I have him in too many layer's he doesn't like it. And when I have him in a very warm sleeper he sweats..

I'm at a loss

    DS wears a long sleeve sleep dress thing and then a halo sleep sack over that and is swaddled, we usually put little mits on his hands too!

    is your long sleeve sleep dress cotton? Or is it warmer, like flannel or something?

    We do a long sleeve onesie with a light cotton sleeper and then a light ?fleece SwaddleMe....we keep it around 68 at night in our house

    When we asked the pedi if we needed to keep his room warmer (or the house in general), she said no; he'd get used to whatever temp we live at. To answer your question though, we just put him in any of his clothes - sometimes just a onesie, sometimes a sack outfit, although more often we try to get him in a footed outfit for overnight - and then swaddle him. He's plenty warm and not over-heated.

    Its cotton! We also keep our house at 69 - 70 degrees if that helps any :)

    Cotton sleep gown and a fleece sleep sack.  We turn down the sleeves on the gown to cover her hands.
