Idiots on Ebay - a girl just bought something & now doesn't want it+

I have THREE pics listed of the activity mat, one w/ the ink stain on it....it's a little black marker stain in the corner of the mat....I've washed it, it doesn't come out, I made this very obvious in my listing...some fool just bid & won the item & "didn't realize" it had a stain, well, I guess she didn't bother looking at the pics, but then she's mad at how much it costs to ship it.....HELLO!!!!  I'm not a jerk, I will totally just relist the item if she doesn't want it, she hasn't paid for it yet, but then she's like, I will still pay the $12.95 for the mat, but I don't want it.....WTF.  I don't want her money if she's not going to take the mat.  How do I resolve this?  I wonder if I can still relist the item now that it's in my 'sold' items, ya know?

    Oh my God, this lady is crazy.  I relisted the item & she goes & PAYS FOR IT now.  Hello!!!  You said you didn't want it.  Oh she's crazy.
